Our legal basis for processing is (a) performance of a contract when you submit a lead or listing, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, (c) your consent for non-essential cookies and marketing, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Dallas apartment communities we recommend to you, with your consent implied by submitting a lead form.
- Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payments, handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds for paid products such as the Featured Listing upgrade.
- Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- Authorities when required by law.
Data retention
We keep lead and account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then delete or anonymise it. Transactional and tax records related to purchases are retained for 7 years to meet legal requirements.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers — to protect your data. Payment card details are handled directly by Paddle and never reach our servers.
Cookies
