Rentals At Dallas is a free apartment locator service for renters in the Dallas, Texas area. Listings, prices, specials, and availability are provided by third-party apartment communities and owners. We make best efforts to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee it. Always confirm details directly with the leasing office before signing.
No agency relationship
Submitting a lead form does not create an agency or landlord-tenant relationship. Texas real estate brokerage relationships are governed by the TREC Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) notice.
User submissions
If you submit a property listing, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. We may edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Prohibited use
- Scraping, reselling, or republishing our content.
- Submitting false, misleading, or discriminatory listings.
- Anything that violates fair-housing laws or local regulations.
Paid products & payments
We offer optional paid upgrades, including the Featured Listing upgrade ($49 USD per 30 days, one-time charge). Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any paid feature if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. We may also discontinue the service for any reason with reasonable notice.
