How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your transaction using the email confirmation you received. You can also email us at hello@rentalsatdallas.net and we'll help you through the process.
What's covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to one-time Featured Listing upgrades ($49 / 30 days). Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
